Have you ever think about the types of coffee that can order in a coffee shop? Just by changing the amount of coffee mixing with milk will gives you several types of coffee. Again I still can’t remember their names. The coffee cup which comes along with the order too is different. At some coffee shop they even serve different types of coffee using different types of coffee cup. Unless you are having it to go with the same paper cup, the coffee cup presented on your table will be different. This is actually kind of interesting with each unique way of presentation. The problem that waitress will be facing is the amount of coffee pour into the cup and the ratio might be difficult to determine. Perhaps they can solve this problem by preparing all the coffee using the same coffee cup container before pouring into the cup for customer. It is actually a bit troublesome and causing more work for the waitress, but it can be a way to attract customers. Coffee Guide

There is only 2 types of coffee in my mind, affordable coffee and expensive coffee. One thing for sure, I’ll be very upset if the expensive coffee that I ordered does not taste good. Affordable coffee won’t break my heart because I don’t expect them to taste good. But once in a while I do stumble into a good cup of coffee which tastes nice from the range of affordable coffee. It feels like finding a treasure from deep sea ocean.

The coffee that I know have some unusually personalities. Sometimes it is hot and sometimes it is cold, depending on the situation. It doesn’t always smell good, but occasionally it can smell great. The level of sweetness varies always, but it is best when you are able to experience the sweetness without adding any sugar. Black is the default color, but we can always customize the color with milk. Every cup of coffee has different personality. Every day I’m looking forward to meet that unique personality. And if I’m lucky, I might just encounter that personality that matches my needs. “Nice coffee” is just what I need to bright up my day at work.

The only time that I’m having coffee at work is when I’m trying to do paper work. In other words, any job that requires me to sit down in front of the monitor for hours will need a boost of caffeine. I’ll start yawning and fall asleep if I don’t have my coffee.
