Monkey Joe Roasting Co. specialize in roasting single-origin, specialty-grade coffees. Actually it's not about the coffee that I'm interested. No matter how good the description explain about the coffee, I still have to taste it myself to declare good, normal or bad. What I'm interested about is the title of this coffee company. I just wonder how the name "Monkey Joe" comes by. I suppose the title of this company is good enough to draw lots of attention for advertisement.
