Well, you can run a search about "coffee condom" using google and you'll see.
I was just about to ask the same question lol.......... I'm a coffee addict myself and can't wait to get my hands on one hehe, just kidding :) I've tried probably everything on your list expect for the last one haha. My fave happens to be the ice cream and the liqueur ;)

I know there are beauty products such as soap featuring whole coffee beans or grounds because coffee is a good stimulant for the skin as well as the mind. They don't specifically label it as coffee flavored but I'd bet it is. ;)
That means I can make myself smell like coffee. In that case in stead of I'm having a coffee, somebody else can have a drink of me. Haha...nice.
