Freshwebjobs is a site that provides freelance job as well as full time job. I check out the site and it seems that mostly are employers looking for full time stuff. Even so, there are still some freelance jobs that you can look into it. The jobs are categorized into design, programming and others. All jobs posted are related to website development and required a certain level of knowledge. You need to be really good at it to get the job.
