Coffee, Good or Bad?

According to the Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry that coffee contains soluble fiber that can help lower cholesterol.

Harvard researchers found that regular coffee drinkers had a significantly lower risk of type 2 diabetes than those who abstained. The more they drank, the lower their risk.

American Journal of Clinical Nutrition reported that healthy people 65 and over who drank four or more cups of caffeinated beverages daily had a 53 percent lower risk of heart disease than non-coffee-drinkers.

It seems that drinking coffee is not that bad. That is if you compare it with smoking. At least there is news that saying coffee might be helpful to our health. Don’t get me wrong by saying that we need to drink coffee to stay healthy or to prevent diseases. I’m just saying having a cup or two coffees daily won’t be harmful to healthy person. That is really good news to coffee lovers like us. At least we don’t have to worry about having too much or need to cut back and control the consumption.

There will probably be as many people saying that coffee is good for as, and just as many saying that it is not too good for you.

My weakness is a Cafe Mocha - either from Starbucks or Coffee Bean. I don't understand what it is about 'high-class' cofee!

Haha...coffee doesn't help improve your memory. It just help to prevent memory loss. =)
